Booking Conditions
20% Deposit required to secure booking
Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival
Refundable security deposit will be paid on each booking
The prices quoted include a standard clean upon departure in order to prepare the property for the next guests. Should be accommodation be left in a condition require an in-depth clean we reserve the right to deduct any additional cleaning costs from the security deposit. The management company’s decision in this respect is final.
Accommodation
The property is reserved exclusively for those people named on the booking form and no other persons are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed in writing with the owner prior to the rental period. This home is licensed for no more than 10 people. It is against Florida Statute to exceed this number.
No Smoking/No Pets Policy
Please note that we do not allow smoking within the home. No pets or animals are permitted inside the house or grounds (except dogs used to aid sight or hearing).
Force Majeure
The Owner cannot accept liability in the event of 'force Majeure'. This is any event that the Owner or the property management company could not, foresee or avoid. These events include but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural disaster (including hurricanes), fire, acts of God, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, adverse weather or Government action.
Insurance
Guests are recommended to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover eventualities such as cancellation, accident, sickness and damage.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct documentation including Visas is applied for in a timely fashion. The owner cannot be held responsible for non-travel in such an event.
Cancellation policy
8 weeks prior to departure deposit + 20%
6 weeks prior to departure deposit + 40%
4 weeks prior to departure deposit + 60%
2 weeks prior to departure deposit + 80%
1 week prior to departure deposit + 100%
